André studied Commercial Sciences at Vienna’s University of Economy and began his career as a Marketing trainee at Procter & Gamble. After 3 years at Mars Austria he became Marketing Director of Mars France. During his 5 years as manager of Knorr Caterplan Austria he gained experience in the food & beverage industry. Between 1995 and 2003 he worked as Managing Director of Nielsen Austria with additional accountabilities as of 2001, which put him in charge of Marketing for the D-A-CH region and finally into the management of the German representation.

Since 2006 André has been active as a freelance HR Consultant and Management Coach for managers and high potentials. Shaped by his youth as a competitive athlete he still aims at bringing out the best in people. He works with people who "want to grow" as well as with managers who strive to develop winning teams.

André has been married for 30 years and is a proud father of 3 grown children. He loves to spend his leisure time in the mountains or on his motorbike.
